Requirements
- Associate degree and 4 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, or master’s degree and 0 years of experience; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Hands-on experience with the Atlassian product suite
- Demonstrated experience in writing Python scripts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps
- DoD Secret Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the process workflows for each team and the program.
- Monitoring Jira performance and addressing any issues.
- Creating and maintaining automations to reduce manual effort of repetitive tasks, improve consistency, and increase efficiency and productivity.
- Managing 3rd party plugins and integrations, to include integrating Jira with other tools and systems.
- Creating and organizing projects within Jira.
- Managing users/groups/permissions within Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of systems administration to include multiple technologies (i.e., Windows, Linux, Cisco, VMware, NetApp)
- Experience working with Atlassian migrations and upgrades
- Experience with Tableau dashboards and metrics
