Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a flat, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation of strategic business opportunities, including evaluating new market entry points and potential strategic partnerships or acquisition targets
- Develop and present business cases, including financial modeling and qualitative analysis, to senior leadership
- Manage relationships with potential partners and other industry stakeholders
- Lead any potential transactions resulting from the strategy work
- Manage market intelligence analysis and reporting
- All other projects and duties as assigned
