Requirements
- 2-5 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Responsibilities
- Supporting operations teams with RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes
- Creating and tracking Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services
- Liaising between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management for contract compliance
- Assisting the Sourcing Leader with work priorities and deliverables
- Managing vendor onboarding and Health & Safety Compliance systems
- Providing analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead
- Conducting system audits to ensure accurate KPI reporting
- Aligning compensation rates in Work Order systems with service agreements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
- Project management and business transitions experience
