Requirements
- 15+ years combined experience selling media, and leading successful sales teams
- 4+ years in a sales leadership role in the Adtech space, managing and creating strategy on sales leadership team goals while building a team
- Strong network in the ad communities with high level relationships across agencies and brands with a high focus on DSP decision makers
- Previous DSP technology platform experience
- Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Driven, passionate, and a team player
- Deep understanding of the digital video marketplace is required
Responsibilities
- Passionately lead a growing sales team of leaders and individual contributors – set goals, monitor performance, provide strategic direction, be a strategic leader and coach
- Drive the entire sales process, leverage your own network, target top prospects, identify solutions, and help negotiate and close deals
- Represent Nexxen in the marketplace, becoming an active brand advocate
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and all cross functional internal teams, to ensure alignment and expectations are communicated effectively
- Join sales executives and leaders on strategic meetings with clients
- Ensure that goals are communicated clearly to sales leaders, and that sales performance is monitored and achieved
