Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in GenAI and LLM, and with a strong focus on scaling GenAI solutions.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining GenAI workflows, including fine-tuning LLMs, embedding and vector databases, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience with GenAI development platforms, including AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Experience with large-scale unstructured data processing, including NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI applications.
- Experience with AI safety and security concepts such as robustness, model interpretability, bias detection, and adversarial testing.
- Experience integrating security and privacy controls into data and AI systems, including IAM frameworks, encryption, and anonymization techniques.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST AI RMF, EU AI).
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex, distributed systems supporting enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable software products supporting security, safety, and privacy in GenAI and LLM-based systems.
- Lead software engineering activities to integrate security and privacy for GenAI systems including LLM, Vector Databases, RAG pipelines, and guardrails.
- Develop state-of-the-art guardrails and systems leveraging agent workflows and tooling to support the safety and security of GenAI.
- Develop monitoring and alerting systems for the safe deployment of GenAI applications.
- Understand compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., EU AI, NIST, OWASP, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) for GenAI and data.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends in GenAI tooling, cloud-native solutions, and software development practices, applying insights to improve product capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to integrate advanced GenAI and LLM capabilities into production-grade software systems.
- Evaluate and integrate open-source tools and third-party platforms to accelerate product development.
