Requirements
- Strong ability to manage high call volumes while delivering exceptional service.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
- Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and reliable support to customers throughout the lease-end process.
- Utilize customer service and sales skills to discuss lease-end options and obligations.
- Maintain and update account records.
- Follow up to ensure lease accounts are closed by the maturity date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous telephone-based customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in proactive customer service or lease-end processes is a plus.
