Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working within strategy or sales operations groups.
- 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing process effectiveness and efficiency, design improvements, drive stakeholder alignment, and oversee implementation and measurement of operational improvements.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain anchor systems and tools across GAPP in partnership with a team of engineers and business intelligence analysts, including CRM, workflow management, an AI-based agent, sentiment analysis, and reporting.
- Lead and execute cross-organization special initiatives across a range of topics in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Affairs, People Operations, Google Works, Finance) to drive GAPP operating agenda.
- Lead coordination of executive forums and developing GAPP SLT materials, managing workstreams, and action items.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years of experience with problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
- Experience in managing the strategic planning cycle with cross-functional engagement and prioritization.
- Experience working with international, executive teams and stakeholders, with excellent program management skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, pay high attention to detail, and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
- Ability to develop and understand strategy.
