Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of learning advisory experience (requirement gathering and solutioning)
- Minimum of 7 years of client relationship management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Technology domain learning experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft product knowledge, preferably in the Business Applications space (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ERP, CRM)
Responsibilities
- Create the approach (e.g., build and buy) for a particular capability across all services and markets
- Lead the BizApps capability team and are accountable for their capability team onboarding, management, engagement, and quality of service delivery
- Drive the capability learning strategy for Dynamics 365 applications (ex. Field Service, D365 Marketing, Customer Insights, Retail, Commerce, etc.)
- Support key business goals using a data-driven approach focused on achieving the desired performance metrics
- Partner closely with the Advisors to ensure the capability strategy and products meet the needs of the Services and Markets / Market Units
- Responsible for the annual and quarterly budget and financials, ensuring the learning investment is on target and being used responsibly
- Manage the capability’s roadmap and content catalog
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
- Minimum of 3 years of specific Microsoft domain experience (varies)
- Minimum of 7 years of learning strategy experience
- Minimum of 7 years of innovative learning solutions experience
- Minimum of 7 years of problem-solving experience
- Minimum of 7 years of influencing others
- Minimum of 7 years of financial planning and budgeting experience
