Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or related fields involving quantitative analysis and logical reasoning.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience analyzing diverse data sets and communicating findings to executive stakeholders.
  • Comfort running complex analyses and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM (Salesforce Admin certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency with SQL and Tableau
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong operational skills and ability to automate processes to drive improvements.
  • Ability to design and interpret key performance metrics and deliver insights via dashboarding.
  • Team player with the ability to influence and work effectively at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
  • Design and interpret key performance metrics, and deliver insights & recommendations
  • Help maintain weekly forecasts of business performance for SDR leadership
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly SDR compensation processes
  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives
  • Support strategic initiatives including evaluating areas of opportunity for the business unit
  • Assist in troubleshoot operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/processes to fix root causes
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for SDR and strategy leadership to support strategic decision making
  • Create and deliver weekly and monthly presentations focused on organizational performance, attainment and cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners in Marketing, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, and Sales Leadership to delivery on joint objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automation or scripting using Javascript, Google Apps Script, Airflow or similar is a plus
  • Experience in management consulting, finance, product management, sales strategy, or sales operations is a plus
