Requirements

  • Awareness of general concepts/principles of Risk Management and cyber security
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Support the GCS Fusion Security & Operations (FSO) leads in the coordination of complex regulatory interactions, including in-depth regulatory exams and ad hoc requests
  • Assist with regulatory feedback and key findings in key management reports provided to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Attend regulatory meetings as representative of the Risk organization on regulatory matters
  • Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders
  • Effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts of the FSO teams to promote a more integrated approach to regulatory relations
  • Advises findings owners of remediation scope and risk reduction strategies
  • Advises finding owners of remediation success & acceptance criteria to resolve regulatory/audit findings
  • Works with findings owners to develop short-term/long-term remediation plans – through compensating and mitigating controls
  • Evidence type, identification methodology/collection, & evaluation
  • Manages repository of FSO regulatory/audit response documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in banking industry a plus
