Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid mathematical skills
- Knowledge of time-weighted and dollar-weighted rates of return
- Calculation methodologies
- GIPS knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Clear communication skills (written and oral)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various projects or tasks
- Proficiency in generating Excel spreadsheets and documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Ensure that investment performance results for client portfolios are calculated and reported accurately
- Collaborate with Private Client Sales on new products launches
- Calculation and distribution of daily/monthly performance summary firm-wide for marketed composites and simulations
- Partner with offshore team and learn all performance measurement functions
- Enhance all aspects of performance measurement including Bernstein.com
- Creating daily, monthly, and custom performance reporting
- Work with PC Operations teams to research and resolve any issues/out of balances
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with respect to reporting requirements and changes
- Provide ongoing support to Sales Advisors, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Client Reporting, and other internal departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Limited performance measurement experience preferred
- Knowledge of time-weighted and dollar-weighted rates of return, calculation methodologies, and GIPS are a plus
