Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with compensation, classification and salary systems
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Conducts compensation analysis and market pricing of roles to proactively ensure competitive pay
- Ensure job development follows career framework/architecture including the development of job descriptions
- Evaluates new job requests to identify alignment with existing jobs or determine need for new job including a review of existing structure as well as a market analysis and determination of FLSA status
- Oversight of market reference points aligned to roles supporting annual review process
- Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine organization’s market relationship including administration of compensation systems and tools
- Assists in the development of Workday set up and analysis of data for compensation including oversight of the annual merit process
- Supports with variable compensation calculation, processing and payroll submission
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and develop recommendations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Partners to provide guidance and make recommendations on salary and compensation components
- Interpret local, state and federal laws regulating compensation practices
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Workday HR Management System
