A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering. Sixteen (16) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Experience working with front-end technologies including JavaScript
Willingness to learn new technologies
Experience developing and updating technical documentation

Participate in the development and deployment of systems, focusing on learning and working with PEGA and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, helping shape system configurations and integrations.
Learn how to configure and modernize PEGA services to ensure they align with business needs and provide optimal user experiences.
Assist in testing solutions to validate functionality, performance, and compatibility, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, providing technical support to internal teams and end-users.
Contribute to the upgrade process, including bug fixes and code enhancements, to improve overall system functionality.
Address and resolve customer issues through support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Participate in unit testing and other quality assurance activities to ensure that developed software is reliable and functions as intended.
Work in an agile environment, proactively contributing to team success by tackling new challenges and learning from more experienced team members.
