Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong reading comprehension and analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (preexisting knowledge is useful)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Management team to service insureds
- Manage the execution of all aspects of the client renewal for all types of bonds
- Maintain accurate policy and insured information in agency management systems (Erlon and EPIC)
