Requirements

• Minimum 1-year veterinary technician experience
• Credentialed Technician ‘in good standing’ in your current state and eligible to transfer registration to Maryland
• Knowledge and dedication to high standard anesthesia and patient care practices
• A curious and motivated energy
• Interest in collaborating with the teams across the Partner network

Responsibilities

• Emphasis on day-to-day patient care, sedation, and anesthetic procedure workflows while maintaining optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize specialized skills to care for a chronically ill patient population
• Build relationships with pet families and referring community
• Practice sought after technical skills with all necessary resources to enable optimal patient outcomes
• Regularly collaborate with other hospital departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Internal Medicine or specialty experience is preferred, but not required
