Salary Range: 110 to 125 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain a proactive approach throughout the day, with the ability to analyze, debug, and resolve issues
- Develop and enhance the SRE strategy to ensure the plant’s scalability, reliability, and performance
- Efficiently escalate issues to the development team, raise incidents, manage impact, and communicate with users and stakeholders
- Automate manual processes to improve efficiency
- Escalate issues to management on both support and development sides, raise problem tickets, and collaborate with development teams to address issues and drive transformations
- Create documentation, runbooks, and code snippets to resolve issues and share them with the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Level L2, L3 Application Support experience, preferably in the 6-10 years range
- Technical Skills: Unix/Linux, any object-oriented programming experience (Java, C++, etc.), with a good understanding of databases
- A solid grasp of technical concepts; the ability to write code as needed
- Proficient in coding and debugging
- Strong communication skills
