Requirements

  • 4-year degree in a technical or business field preferred
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT and business/industry
  • 5-7 years of leadership responsibilities with experience in executive and customer service or delivery management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects, defining requirements and delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • Strong customer focus, communication and change management skills
  • Experience managing systems implementation projects, including budgets and resources
  • Technical development, delivery and run experience is required, with familiarity and knowledge of data infrastructure, application conversion, networking infrastructure, and cybersecurity

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage a portfolio of integration projects reporting status to senior regional leadership
  • Facilitate and conduct Technology and Operations Acquisition Due Diligence
  • Develop the integration budget including immediate cost impacts, contract transition and termination costs, future state spend, and IT employee plans
  • Assess the technology risks associated with the integration and perform initial infrastructure and business management system requirements gathering and analysis
  • Let pre- and post-close efforts to stream-lined onboarding and security remediation processes
  • Coordinate multiple disciplinary team resources to identify and recommend the complete future state integrated solution and near-term integration schedule and appropriate integration end state
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels, collaborating with different areas across the organization to create a strong customer orientation
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures to standardize area operations, to position the organization delivering projects consistently on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance brokerage industry experience is strongly desired
  • Possess and apply insurance and/or financial industry experience and understanding to better engage with stakeholders and produce strong deliverables for internal teams
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results
  • Ability to bind business to systems architecture, making sound decisions with a customer focus and financial awareness
