VP – Finance – Product Development & Technology

CA/CPA qualified, MBA preferred
15+ years of large, multi-layered corporate finance environment, of which 8+ in leadership positions
Excellent business acumen, with the ability to lead discussions with executives to obtain key decisions
Strong change management skills
Collaborative people leader with the ability to delegate effectively
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills
Critical thinker willing to challenge the status quo
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Understanding of Finance Systems and capabilities of insight tools

Business partners with the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer as well as the CFOs for each of our three businesses in decision support
Facilitates and supports the processes and analysis required for investment decision-making for global D&D spend
Leads the FP&A team that supports global D&D spend in the CPO and CTO functions
Ownership for the preparation of the D&D global annual budget, reforecasts during the year, and monitoring spend vs expectations
Produce regular executive-level analysis on return on investments
Provide thought leadership to drive and challenge continuous improvement
Partners with the Finance enterprise reporting center of excellence to enable financial reporting to meet the needs of the D&D function
Leads various projects, including the design of processes to where allocation of existing spend is attributed to specific programs of work
May require commercial business support for M&A activity and strategic projects as it relates to Product & Technology spending
Actively participate in the leadership of the broader function supporting our Finance culture vision and transformation journey
