Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple partners, projects, and deadlines without dropping details.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ): Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in partner management, account management, or program management: 5+ years in a similar role, ideally in deep tech, medtech, or hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in regulated industries: Understanding of regulatory pathways in medical devices, biotech, or similarly complex industries.
  • Data-driven & process-oriented: Strong ability to track, organize, and analyze engagement roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for Octiv’s partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain a structured system for tracking partners, their stage of engagement, next steps, and responsibilities.
  • Organize meetings, follow-ups, and logistics for ongoing projects.
  • Support order fulfillment, logistics, and partner-facing deliverables to meet commitments.
  • Work with engineering, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth execution of partner projects.
  • Track partner-related budgets, contract work, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure that neither Octiv nor its partners drop the ball on critical engagements.
  • Work with internal teams to facilitate smooth regulatory approvals and ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical device partnerships or business development.
  • Understanding of ultrasound or medical imaging technology.
  • Experience in legal and contract negotiations.
  • MBA or advanced business training.
