Requirements

  • Rising undergraduate seniors or pursuing postgraduate studies
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship
  • Interest in the advertising technology industry in a program management, product, operations, or account management role
  • Experience in a strategic, analytical, and operational role in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable taking initiatives from conception to launch or optimizing pre-existing programs
  • Enjoy working amidst ambiguity and being resourceful to execute complex projects
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to work with people to get things done
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and tool development
  • Experience with organizational/planning tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and a sense of prioritization
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong active listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Be a catalyst for change in the organization, lead with authority, and handle evolving change efforts by establishing excellent rapport with stakeholders
  • Work with PMO lead to align initiatives to strategic objectives and key results
  • Ensure alignment across business owners and partners with stakeholders to deliver expected results
  • Define roles, responsibilities, decision-making authority, and policy within a program
  • Identify stakeholders, engage and develop an effective communication plan
  • Proactively identify and manage cross-functional dependencies
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, and manage bottlenecks & risks
  • Ensure benefits are identified and planned for; assess progress towards benefits achievement
  • Directly coordinate key deliverables for high-priority programs
  • Report on progress against milestones, deliverables, and outcomes at each stage of a program to program stakeholders
  • Monitor and track program goals, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage key program documents so that all stakeholders have clear and easy access to critical information
