Requirements
- Must be LPN licensed in the state of PA

Responsibilities
- Provides primary clinical support to the provider, patient, and their family
- Obtains and documents patient medical history, chief complaint, vital signs
- Provides direct clinical care as directed by provider
- Assists provider in performance of minor surgical diagnostic procedures
- Collects and prepares laboratory specimens and completes associated paperwork
- Executes and documents ongoing patient communication as directed by provider
- Administers medications and vaccines under the direction of a provider
- Cleans and sets up examination and treatment rooms between cases
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
