Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, customer success, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into meaningful updates for clients.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (or willingness to learn).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, local search, campaign metrics) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients, helping them get started with our digital marketing services and setting clear expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients—answering questions, providing insights, and building lasting relationships.
- Regularly analyze performance dashboards and reporting tools to track campaign success and communicate results in a clear, value-driven way.
- Maintain detailed client records, notes, and updates using Salesforce CRM.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on campaign deliverables and client goals.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and share strategic recommendations.
- Monitor account health and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Educate clients on digital marketing best practices and how our services help them grow.
- Create marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to share with the client.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, local search, campaign metrics) is a plus.
