Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions within the Oracle ERP ecosystem
- Align the ERP system with the strategic objectives of the organization
- Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and guidelines for ERP implementation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and refine business processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement that drive efficiency and productivity
- Document flows and system configurations that will serve as a blueprint for the ERP system
- Deliver solutions that are technically sound and drive tangible business value
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement
- Experience in defining and enforcing architectural standards, principles, and guidelines for ERP implementation
- Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement
- Familiarity with automation and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Retail Industry experience
