Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience designing clean, modern UI for web applications, preferably in enterprise or data-heavy domains.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping high-impact interfaces that balance usability, clarity, and visual polish.
- Strong skills in visual hierarchy, layout, spacing, typography, grid systems, and design balance.
- Fluency in Figma — especially component libraries, auto layout, variants, and prototyping.
- Experience building and evolving design systems — not just using them, but contributing patterns, visual rules, and logic.
- Strong command of responsive design and adaptive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect handoff and fidelity in implementation.
- Experience presenting and defending design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle complexity and simplify user workflows without removing core functionality.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, intuitive UI for enterprise-level data tools, dashboards, and workflows.
- Translate product and user requirements into thoughtful interface design that supports real user tasks.
- Create and maintain high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma.
- Work closely with UX, developers, and PMs to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.
- Think in systems — create flexible design patterns that can adapt to different use cases.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards.
- Participate in design reviews and give/receive constructive feedback.
- Communicate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate complex workflows and datasets into visually engaging and easily navigable interfaces.
- Stay informed about UI design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of the interface.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data visualization, dashboards, or analytics platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/React to better collaborate with engineers.
- Familiarity with design tokens, component specs, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Background in interaction design, micro-interactions, or motion design.
