Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Support different departments with administrative duties as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service
