Requirements
- Level 2 General Insurance License or actively pursuing Level 2 License
- 1 year experience in the Insurance sales environment preferred, but will take all skills, abilities and experience into consideration
- Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
- Excellent Insurance Product knowledge
- Sales drive and initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- You’ll work in collaboration with the Branch Leadership team, work towards the development of a high performing and engaged team.
- You’ll provide feedback to the manager for team members performance reviews while providing guidance to the team.
- You’ll maximize resources through effective scheduling
- You’ll ensure compliance with all insurers (ICBC, CNS, Family etc.), Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations
- You’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documents and funds
- You’ll manage sales, retention and service needs of clients, balancing between Insurance Advisor and Supervisor duties as appropriate
- You’ll ensure employees are connected to Hub in the bigger picture and understand the mission, values and goals of Hub
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience in the Insurance sales environment preferred, but will take all skills, abilities and experience into consideration
