Requirements
- At least 3 years insurance account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Well versed in customer service
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with EPIC is a plus
Responsibilities
- Servicing the day to day needs of insureds
- Managing the executions of all aspects of the client renewal
- Assisting in claim conflicts
- Soliciting referrals
- Providing a full account review at renewal
- Managing insured info in the agency management system (EPIC)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EPIC is a plus
