Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a data-driven or analytical role (marketing, finance, consulting, etc.)
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets and building reports that provide actionable insights for the business
- Experience with Google Ads or other digital media platforms is a plus
- Curious and proactive
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, fast-paced decision-making, and evolving strategies
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Own, launch, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns in the Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize spend and improve ROI
- Thoroughly test ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting to discover new growth avenues and optimize campaign performance
- Build and maintain regular reporting dashboards to track key performance metrics
- Provide competitive analyses to help drive ad testing and campaign strategy
- Analyze large data sets using advanced data visualization and analytical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Tableau to uncover insights and opportunities across campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRO, Monetization, and design, to drive growth within the P&L
- Work closely with the Director of Paid Media on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Paid Media experience is a bonus
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience with Google Ads or other digital media platforms is a plus
