Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a high volume and high accuracy shipping logistics role with familiarity in using UPS/FedEx shipping software.
- Bachelors degree/ GED or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in typing and computer-based tasks
- This position may require a flexible work schedule a few times a week
Responsibilities
- Handle the preparation, packaging, and shipping of all payroll packages
- Maintain client package specifications
- Collaborate directly with shipping vendors to ensure materials are shipped timely and efficiently
- Monitor weekly payroll schedule and notify staff of upcoming deadlines
- Ensures quality control of printed checks and W-2s
- Maintain shipment records and receipts for SOC-1 requirements
- Maintains inventory for Payroll Operations team
- Maintain printing and sealing equipment
- Ensures all packages are audited prior to shipping
- Daily communication with the customer care team
