Requirements
- 5+ years in a Technical Business Analyst role
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience in digital software development and functional specifications
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge of BABOK, business process mapping, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, gap analyses, and technical documentation.
- Support wireframe design updates using Figma.
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and traceability.
- Identify process improvements and align solutions with business goals.
- Work in Agile and Waterfall environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
