Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sound technical understanding of electronics, motors, industrial communication protocols, and kinematics (required)
Responsibilities
- Create sub assembly, component parts and individual parts quotes for authorized repair centers, distributors and customers
- Parse incoming technical documentation, and information using engineering tools to evaluate product problems and provide solutions.
- Communicate directly with customers, distributors, and manufacturers to evaluate product issues
- Coordinate resolution of product non-conformance, upgrades, and start-up issues.
- Facilitate the post-sales technical support process
- Provide training to sales channel partners regarding product maintenance and repairs
- Assist product management and engineering with new product development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certificate in mechanics robotics, or similar field or experience (preferred)
- Two or more years of experience in industrial automation and motion control (preferred)
