Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new experiences, improve existing products, and develop distributed software systems powering the world’s largest e-Commerce websites at scale.
- Build and implement robust and scalable software, code services, and system architecture.
- Gather and understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and deliver results.
- Convert abstract concepts into viable products.
- Estimate Engineering efforts, prioritize projects, plan implementations, and triage production issues.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and supply ideas to eBay’s technology and algorithms.
- Aggregate information from various places and build relationships with key partners to gather information.
