Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in consulting / strategy / business development / program management / technology / banking or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- SQL knowledge or willingness to learn is required
- Proven track record of leading initiatives and working cross-functionally
- Direct management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy & execution for new DoorDash Selection initiatives
- Build models to evaluate the economics, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives
- Use data-driven decision-making to run tests or develop insights to inform strategic initiatives
- Build the best merchant acquisition engine
- Work cross-functionally across the Merchant Organization and broader DoorDash
- Handle chaos and complexity in a detailed and structured way
Preferred Qualifications
- High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
