Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (4-year degree)
- 3+ years of relevant leadership experience
- 5+ years of demonstrating a strong account management background in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance
- Experience in customer service/client facing role required
- P&C License required
- Experience in a Broker Management System – Epic and ImageRight preferred
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite
Responsibilities
- Lead a team (account manager, assistant account manager, and support specialist), coaching team members to achieve performance standards and goals, develop professionally, and manage workload and workflows
- Manage your own book of business, providing day-to-day service and renewal insurance needs for a select group of clients.
- Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent.
- Maintain necessary relationship with employees to ensure quality service standards are met.
