Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, process orders, and assist with returns or exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and implement changes when necessary
- Assist in preparing customer service reports and tracking metrics
- Stay informed about product updates, policies, and company procedures
