Requirements
- Knowledge of clinical operating policies.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer systems, programs, and spreadsheet applications with proficient skills in computer navigation and typing.
- Ability to understand and interpret policies and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret medical charts.
- Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to problem solve and collaborate with other team members to obtain an accurate solution.
Responsibilities
- Take care of and monitor requests
- Communicate as needed with patients to obtain feedback and information
- Outbound and inbound phone calls, obtain information about the Patient’s experience with the company.
- Complete investigation into the patient’s inactivation and route them appropriately for readmission approval.
- Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer.
- Check common working files for resolutions.
- Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
- Successfully collaborates and communicates with coworkers from various departments
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary remotely.

- ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)
- Time Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Problem resolution: 2 years (Preferred)
