Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize events according to client specifications and company standards
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, equipment, and staffing
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide regular updates on event progress
  • Manage budgets and ensure events are completed within the allocated financial constraints
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed as planned
  • Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations during events
  • Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting as needed
