Requirements

Responsibilities
- Plan and organize events according to client specifications and company standards
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, equipment, and staffing
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide regular updates on event progress
- Manage budgets and ensure events are completed within the allocated financial constraints
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed as planned
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations during events
- Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
