Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in early-stage, high-growth startups
- Experience recruiting for both technical and GTM roles
- Excitement for owning the process end-to-end, from initial outreach to signed offer
- A proactive, scrappy and can-do mindset. You are comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
- Clear communication style that transfers well between candidates and internal teams
- Experience scaling a hiring system from a few hires a quarter to a dozen a quarter.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical (engineering, AI/ML) and GTM (sales, marketing, customer success) roles
- Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, define sourcing strategies, and create thoughtful interview processes
- Source passive candidates using a mix of outbound tools and creative tactics
- Lead candidate communications and coordination throughout the hiring funnel
- Drive offer strategy and closing, including compensation benchmarking and negotiations
- Track and report key hiring metrics to ensure we’re operating efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience efforts
