Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building or leading programs related to supply chain due diligence, risk assessment, trade compliance, human rights, environmental compliance, or security.
  • Strong knowledge of key supply chain regulations, including forced labor laws, trade compliance, supply chain transparency, and security requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills for drafting policies, presenting reports, and translating complex regulations into clear business guidance.
  • Understanding of supply chain operations, including manufacturing processes, commodity classification, and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting systems, and data visualization tools to track compliance trends and support decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive supply chain compliance program, including governance frameworks and training initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to global supply chain regulations, policies, and industry standards, staying aligned with evolving legal requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments to proactively identify and address compliance and operational risks.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring compliance strategies remain up to date.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on supply chain regulatory compliance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Legal, ESG, Contract Manufacturers, and Supply Chain teams to mature policies, procedures, and programs related to due diligence, risk assessments, human rights, environmental/social impact, and transparency.
  • Establish control systems to assess, identify, remediate, and monitor potential risks and liabilities across the supply chain.
  • Present compliance plans, progress, and key metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Supply Chain ESG teams to support responsible and ethical sourcing practices, including compliance metrics for the annual ESG report.
  • Continuously track and monitor supply chain compliance regulation updates, best practices, and enforcement trends to keep Pure Storage ahead of regulatory expectations.
