Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from inception to execution
- Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and materials preparation
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
- Prepare event materials, such as agendas, invitations, and presentations
- Monitor event progress and handle any issues or changes that arise
- Assist in setting up and breaking down events
- Ensure events stay within budget and meet all client requirements
- Provide administrative support to the events team as needed
- Track and report on event outcomes, including feedback and improvements
