Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from inception to execution
  • Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and materials preparation
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Prepare event materials, such as agendas, invitations, and presentations
  • Monitor event progress and handle any issues or changes that arise
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down events
  • Ensure events stay within budget and meet all client requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the events team as needed
  • Track and report on event outcomes, including feedback and improvements
