Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment

- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

- Manage scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support the team with various office duties as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide general administrative support to management
