Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product marketing strategies that establish and enhance Reputation’s market positioning, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the development of go-to-market plans, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless product launches, adoption, and sustained market impact.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive movements, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Develop and refine pricing strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and customer value to optimize market share and profitability.
  • Drive messaging and positioning strategies that clearly articulate product value across multiple industries, customer personas, and segments.
  • Align closely with Product Management to influence product roadmap decisions based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop enablement tools, including sales decks, competitive battle cards, case studies, and training programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets such as product videos, webinars, blogs, and whitepapers to support demand generation and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on key product marketing metrics, measuring the success of initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results.
