Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • At least 2–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a professional sports team or athletic brand-based setting.
  • Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint and VISME for presentation design.
  • Solid understanding of After Effects and Premiere for light motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Expert skills in layout, typography, and composition.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on producing clean, polished, and consistent designs.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Collaborative team player who can take direction and execute with precision and flexibility.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and LAFC home & away matches as needed.
  • Flexibility to adapt to LAFC’s hybrid working model and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver co-branded graphics and creative assets for LAFC and its partners across digital, social, print, in-stadium signage, and other platforms, while adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Create, update, and execute design templates for marketing and partnership deliverables, ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Build visually engaging presentations and templates (PowerPoint, VISME, etc.) to support the Marketing and Partnership Success team in showcasing campaigns and opportunities.
  • Maintain LAFC’s cloud-based asset library, ensuring that files, templates, and design deliverables are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist the broader Marketing team with design projects and Match Day coverage (home & away) that contribute to LAFC’s brand and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
