Requirements
- Strong skills using MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other digital applications.
- Some knowledge of commercial property/casualty insurance programs and the underwriting process.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills within a digital environment.
- Competent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts, bringing the entire team together to formulate procedures and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a near-complete understanding of clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Utilize expert risk knowledge and understanding of the insurance marketplace to review clients’ exposures and loss experiences, recommending additional products and services as needed.
- Develop, present, and oversee the execution of renewal and placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives across all zones.
- Present to prospective clients, identify the need for new products, and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional.
- Experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and service providers.
- Ability to engage in independent senior-level client interaction and demonstrate expertise in problem-solving and areas of coverage.
- A thought leader with an in-depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
