Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation or a related field is required
- 5-7 years of progressive tax experience, in a managerial role specifically within the saas or technology sector
- Excellent analytical, technical, and technology skills with proficiency in excel, and tax compliance
- Experience working with international teams and handling global financial processes – is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee all tax projects to ensure compliance deadlines and deliverables are met
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper tax engagement
- Conduct adequate research and apply technical expertise to complex issues
- Coach, develop, and motivate their team
- Support recruiting, retention, and team building efforts for new team members
Preferred Qualifications
- An EA, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
