Digital Circuits Engineering Program Manager

Manage the development process for foundational IPs (SRAM’s, Standard Cells, Digital Customs) used in Apple custom chips.
Drive the development cycle/flow, circuit design issues, CAD interaction, Testchip development/analysis.
Use creativity, technical knowledge and organizational skills to drive cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems under tight schedule constraints.
Work directly with hardware Technology teams and be responsible for working closely with design, CAD and technology teams to craft a project plan, identify/resolve blockers, and align DCG team work across multiple parallel projects.

Program / project management experience leading Silicon projects, or a combination of Program Management and design experience.
Post silicon debug skills.
Excellent leadership skills, enthusiasm, and ability to inspire team members.
A background successfully handling conflicting priorities and driving results.
Experience with successfully delivering multiple silicon tapeouts.
Strong desire to own project development and drive team to success.
