Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field
- At least 3 years experience working on business transformation and change management initiatives, developing strategic plans, analyzing complex situations, identifying key issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years working in a Product and/or Engineering organization
- 6+ years of people management experience.
- Experience in effectively engaging, consulting, and informing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Demonstrate results-based impact of previous transformation programs/initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver results through cross-team coordination of work, helping PXE and engineering teams to understand their requirements and execute them in a timely manner.
- Develop and drive operational rigor amongst the Engineering and PXE teams with regards to programs.
- Find efficiencies where we can to reduce work through automation, regular libraries, or other creative tooling to reduce the cost of a project or program.
- Act as a central point of contact for our programs and help drive education and support through documentation, office hours, tech talks and so on.
- Oversee major technical and product-focused programs, ensuring their successful execution.
- Develop multi-quarter plans for programs and projects, ensuring they’re aligned with company goals.
- Establish mechanisms to keep all cross-engineering initiatives visible and aligned.
