Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in consulting / strategy / business development / program management / technology / banking or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- Comfortable modeling in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Proven track record of leading initiatives and working cross-functionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy & execution for new Merchant product initiatives, including which merchant segments to target and how to effectively drive engagement
- Build models to evaluate the economics, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to acquire and retain merchants across our platform
- Use data-driven decision-making to run tests or develop insights to inform strategic initiatives
- Work cross-functionally across the Merchant Organization and broader DoorDash
- Handle chaos and complexity in a detailed and structured way and have a strong bias to action that brings plans to life in execution
Preferred Qualifications
- High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
